Sheykh Jafar Qazvini the founder of the hall was there, the prince admired their work and several time said, "Impressive". In that era it was a tradition that if prince admired something, people used to tell that "it is a gift to prince" and telling these words it turned to be the property of the prince and only thing that remained for the founder was this admiration.
